BZ Gas

The BZ Gas is a specialized throwable weapon in Grand Theft Auto V, most notably used during heist setups and stealth Missions. Design

The BZ Gas Grenade is a compact, throwable device that, upon impact, releases a cloud of gas that incapacitates enemies without killing them. It’s typically used in scenarios where stealth and non-lethal force are required. The gas causes temporary incapacitation, allowing players to move past guards or complete objectives without lethal force. Its non-lethal nature makes it an excellent choice for Missions that involve subduing enemies without raising alarms.

Performance

In GTA V, BZ Gas is highly effective in Missions where stealth and subtlety are necessary. When deployed, the gas creates a temporary cloud that causes enemies to collapse, rendering them unconscious but not dead. This allows players to complete objectives without drawing attention or causing excessive collateral damage. However, the gas has a limited area of effect and only incapacitates enemies for a short period, meaning players must act quickly once it’s deployed.

Customization

The BZ Gas cannot be customized, but its utility as a non-lethal weapon makes it an essential tool in certain heist setups and stealth Missions.

The BZ Gas can be obtained during specific Missions and setups in Grand Theft Auto V:

• Available during the setup for “The Jewel Store Job” (Smart Approach), where players use BZ Gas to knock out civilians in the store.
• Can be acquired during heist setups where stealth and non-lethal takedowns are required.

• The BZ Gas is exclusive to story Missions and cannot be purchased or used in regular gameplay outside specific heist setups.
• It is used during “The Jewel Store Job” (Smart Approach) to knock out store employees and customers, allowing for a cleaner heist.
• The BZ Gas is one of the few non-lethal Weapons in the game, designed specifically for incapacitating rather than killing targets.
• Unlike Tear Gas, BZ Gas does not deal damage over time but instead knocks out targets immediately upon exposure.
• Although highly useful in certain heist scenarios, BZ Gas is not available in Grand Theft Auto Online for regular use.
