Design

The Molotov Cocktail is a homemade firebomb made from a glass bottle filled with flammable liquid and a cloth wick. Once thrown, the bottle shatters on impact, spreading fire in all directions. Its design allows players to cause chaos by igniting enemies, Vehicles, or creating a wall of fire to block escape routes. While simple in nature, the Molotov Cocktail can cause massive damage over time as the fire spreads and engulfs anything within its radius.

Performance

In both GTA V and GTA Online, the Molotov Cocktail excels at causing area damage and chaos. When thrown, it creates a burst of flames that can ignite multiple enemies or Vehicles in a single throw. The fire continues to burn for several seconds, damaging anything that comes into contact with it.
