“Paparazzo” is the first mission in the Paparazzo series in Grand Theft Auto V. It is a Strangers and Freaks mission given to Franklin Clinton by Beverly Felton, an ambitious paparazzo obsessed with capturing scandalous celebrity moments. In this mission, Franklin agrees to assist Beverly in his paparazzi pursuits, marking the beginning of a series of Missions that delve into the invasive world of celebrity gossip and scandal.

The mission starts when Franklin encounters Beverly Felton, who persuades him to assist in getting scandalous footage of a celebrity. Franklin, reluctantly intrigued by the opportunity, agrees to follow Beverly’s instructions. This introduces Franklin to Beverly’s questionable methods of dealing with Los Santos’ elite.

Objective 1: Meet Beverly

• Locate Beverly: The mission starts with Franklin meeting Beverly in West Vinewood. Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the conversation with Beverly, where he explains his goal.
• Dialogue Choices: Beverly explains his disdain for celebrities and his obsession with capturing their most embarrassing moments.

Objective 2: Follow Beverly

• Follow Beverly: After the conversation, Franklin follows Beverly to a location where a celebrity is about to leave. Walk or drive behind Beverly to the designated spot.
• Stay Stealthy: Be sure not to alert the celebrity to your presence as Beverly positions Franklin to take the incriminating photo.

Objective 3: Capture the Photo

• Take the Picture: When prompted, use Franklin’s phone to take the picture of the celebrity in an embarrassing or compromising situation as Beverly instructs.
• Perfect Timing: Make sure the shot is well-timed, as Beverly wants a juicy photo to sell to the tabloids.

Objective 4: Escape with Beverly

• Leave the Scene: After successfully taking the picture, follow Beverly and escape the area to avoid the celebrity’s Security or angry onlookers.
• Mission Complete: Once out of the danger zone, the mission will conclude, with Beverly celebrating the success of the operation.

Mission Conclusion

• Cutscene: A cutscene will play after the mission, where Beverly expresses his excitement over the photos and mentions the potential for more work, setting up the next mission in the Paparazzo series.
• Rewards: Completing the mission rewards players with some cash and unlocks the next mission in the Paparazzo series: **Paparazzo – The Sex Tape**.
