Walkthrough
1 Intercept the Armored Truck
- Drive the garbage truck to the ambush point. Michael positions the garbage truck to block the path of the armored truck.
- Wait for the armored truck to arrive. The team waits for the target to approach the ambush point.
2 Execute the Heist
- Ram the armored truck with the garbage truck. Michael uses the garbage truck to stop the armored truck in its tracks.
- Plant explosives on the armored truck. Franklin places the sticky bombs on the rear doors of the truck.
- Detonate the explosives. Franklin detonates the bombs to open the truck for access.
3 Collect the Cash
- Retrieve the cash from the truck. Michael collects the money from the opened armored truck.
4 Handle the Police Response
- Fend off the police units. Trevor and Franklin engage the responding police officers to protect Michael.
5 Escape the Scene
- Get into the getaway vehicle. The team regroups and escapes in the designated getaway car.
- Lose the police pursuit. The trio must evade the pursuing LSPD units to complete the mission.
Gold Medal Objectives
- Mission Time — Complete the mission within 7 minutes.
- Accuracy — Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 60%.
- Headshots — Achieve at least 12 headshots during the mission.
- No Fly Zone — Shoot down the police helicopter.
To achieve the gold medal, focus on quick and precise actions. Use cover effectively to maintain accuracy and aim for headshots. Plan your escape route to lose the police efficiently.
Aftermath
After completing the mission, Michael, Franklin, and Trevor successfully deliver the documents to the FIB, fulfilling their agreement. The mission's success strengthens their relationship with the FIB, albeit under duress.
Completing Blitz Play unlocks the mission 'Mr. Richards' and progresses the story further, showcasing the trio's growing reputation in Los Santos.
